A: Jobs.CVAY.com provides the possibility to post a job for FREE. For more job posting options we have paid listings available.
Q: How can I reset my password?
A: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
2. Posting Jobs
Q: How do I post a job?
A: Log in to your employer account, click “Post a Job,” fill in the details, and publish your listing.
Q: Can I edit or delete a job post?
A: Yes! Go to “Manage Jobs” in your dashboard to edit, update, or remove job listings.
Q: How do I attract top candidates?
A: Write a clear and engaging job description, highlight benefits, and consider upgrading to a Featured listing for better visibility.
3. Managing Applications & Hiring
Q: How do I review applications?
A: Go to “Manage Jobs” and click on the job listing to view applications. You can filter candidates and download resumes.
Q: Can I directly contact candidates?
A: Yes! If a candidate has applied, you can message them directly through the platform.
Q: How do I search for candidates?
A: Use the Candidate Search feature to find professionals based on experience, skills, and availability.
4. Upgrading & Premium Features
Q: What are the benefits of a Featured or Premium employer account?
A:
- Featured Account (€299/3 months): Prioritized job listings, highlighted employer profile, and analytics.
- Premium Account (€799/3 months): Includes all Featured benefits, plus direct candidate matching and priority support.
Q: How do I upgrade my account?
A: Visit the “Pricing” section in your dashboard and select the plan that suits your needs.
